Costa Mesa, CA- April 2, 2020 – Active Cypher promoted Mike Quinn as Chief Executive Officer. Quinn, who previously was the startup’s Chief Strategy Officer, will play a vital role as Active Cypher continues to develop disruptive security technologies in the space of end-to-end data protection, quantum-resilient encryption, and anti-ransomware.

Quinn brings with him a long and successful career which includes 22 years at Cisco as the Senior VP for Cybersecurity, Risk & Incident Management, and Disaster Management and, more recently, as Microsoft’s GM/VP of the Enterprise Cybersecurity Group (ECG).
